As a recovering CPA (inactive) and property owner, Aaron brings a unique perspective to his clients, who often seek guidance on analyzing their real estate purchases through an investment lens. Aaron has hands-on experience rehabilitating residential properties, managing Landlord projects for commercial development, leasing commercial space and syndicating real estate partnerships, all of which allows him to bring a breadth of knowledge to the table for his clients. He takes great pride at the end of each transaction when he can look his client in the eye, shake their hand and know that they would be pleased to work with him again the next time they have a real estate need.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor and Broker, Aaron served as the Chief Financial Officer of a Minneapolis based, $250 million Private Equity Fund. In 2007, Aaron earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in 2012, an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He has studied abroad in Florence, Italy and several cities in India.
Aaron is the broker of record for Gold Group Realty. Outside of his career as a Real Estate professional, Aaron enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his daughters Jordyn & Maya, and wife Michelle. His interest in real estate and development was sparked at a young age, when he acquired his first lego set.
Aaron is a member of Co-Star, MN (MN Commercial Association of Realtors), MAAR (Minneapolis Association of Realtors), and Northstar MLS.
Neal Mintz is a highly motivated business executive with experience in corporate and strategic management. With over a decade of management and direct sales experience, he is skilled at analyzing buyer and seller needs, motivating teams, and achieving goals in a methodical manner. Neal is an accomplished public speaker, an experienced negotiator, consistent contributor, and a reliable team member.
Neal began as an entrepreneur in college, running a small charter bus company from his dorm room in Madison, Wisconsin. He then spent over 10 years as a Director of sales a fast-growing SaaS Company in Washington, DC, and Chicago. Neal participated in the IPO process (NYSE: CVT), and also led Sales and Marketing at a 110-year-old family business. He brings varied skills, knowledge, and experience to the Gold Group team.
Danny has a passion for people and helping them reach their goals in life. He loves to bring a fresh perspective to every situation he encounters in an attempt to find the most optimized solution. Whether that be finding the perfect place to run your business or just relax in your ideal home, he has you covered. His energy is contagious and his knowledge is ever growing. Trust is what builds the best relationships and this is his top priority with all clients. He is driven to go the extra mile for you.
Prior to diving deep into the world of real estate, Danny provided technical consulting to companies large and small. He worked for Avanade, which is a subsidiary of Accenture and was jointly founded with Microsoft. His vast knowledge of the IT world has translated extremely well into the fast-paced environment of real estate. Leveraging his skill set on a daily basis allows Danny to enable a seamless experience for his clientele.
Danny earned his B.S in Computer Science along with a Management Minor from the University of Minnesota, right here in the Twin Cities. During this time he learned many valuable things such as managing time effectively, working with people from all backgrounds, and ultimately what it takes to successfully complete challenging projects.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys being an active member and leader within the Jewish community. He greatly appreciates traveling, exploring various cuisines, and spending quality time with his family.
Jenna has been selling residential Real Estate for over 5 years. She is a specialist in assisting first time home buyers and sellers, and places great importance on the client experience. She loves to help her clients become well informed about the buying and selling process and provides an exemplary level of service to everyone she works with. Jenna has worked with numerous Real Estate investors and manages several properties in the Southeast Minneapolis area.
Jenna received her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Minnesota for Housing Studies and Design. She has always had a passion for interior design and architecture. She has a great deal of staging experience and knows what it takes to get a property ready for the market. In her free time, Jenna loves to travel, try new restaurants and spend time with friends, family and her adorable dog.
Real Estate has been in Oliver’s family for three generations. As an investment property owner and landlord himself, Oliver appreciates the process of buying and selling homes. As a former accountant, Oliver understands the power of numbers and uses them to his advantage when looking for investment properties. Oliver has helped many friends and family buy the homes of their dreams and takes pride in being a trusted advisor during that process.
Not only does Oliver enjoy the transaction side of real estate, he also enjoys the renovation. Oliver is a handyman himself, undertaking many projects on his own, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, landscaping and carpentry. He has a great eye for identifying potential problems and finding solutions in creative and affordable ways. Oliver is excited to share this passion with his clients and guide them with their home buying and renovating decisions.
When Oliver isn’t renovating houses and pouring over spreadsheets you can find him with his party planning wife, Haley, hosting dinners, BBQs and game nights for his family and friends.

Adit has been interested in Real Estate and investing from a young age and is eager to help people find their dream home, or dream commercial space. Adit has experience in a multitude of industries such as Financial Services, Technology, and Retail. During his time at college, he even built a successful e-commerce business.
Adit majored in Economics from the University of Minnesota in Twin Cities. During this experience, Adit has developed a keen eye for detail, and is a hustler. He never accepts defeat and believes his work should be completed with integrity and focus. Adit believes in strong relationships and strives to provide clients with the best experience possible.
Outside of Real Estate, Adit likes to spend his time outdoors and play tennis and golf. In his free time, he has a passion for studying the economy, current trends, and invest in stocks and cryptocurrency. Adit also enjoys spending quality time with his family along with traveling to new states/countries
Steven brings single family home, 2-4 unit residential, and less than 20-unit commercial residential experience to bear. He specializes in creating wealth through residential real estate for his clients. The first conversation with Steven is usually about long-term goals of the residential purchase, punctuated by sidebars about common interests.
Prior to pivoting into real estate entrepreneurship full-time, Steven spent six years as a Human Resources Army Officer. In the Army, Steven created and implemented Human Resources systems for organizations as large as 830 soldiers and managed teams of up to 50 soldiers, planning both tactical and strategic operations. Steven holds bachelor’s degrees in German and International Relationships and will graduate with a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Master of Business Administration from Carlson School of Management in May 2022.
Adam is a driven, highly motivated “go-getter” with entrepreneurial experience and a passion for negotiating. With several years of experience in sales and management, he is skilled at analyzing buyer and seller needs, motivating teams, formulating plans and achieving goals in an organized, methodical manner. Adam prides himself in finding clients’ properties that will be good long-term investments, no matter the price point. Finding the dream home, property or investment always has been, and always will be at the forefront of Adam’s business agenda.
Adam began as an entrepreneur following his graduation from the University of Minnesota in 2012, founding a basketball representation agency handling clients contracts both in the U.S and internationally. Throughout his work in the sports industry, Adam hopes to combine these passions and bring a variety of connections, skills and resources to the Gold Group team.
Office Manager and Interior Designer
Michelle has over 5 years of office management and property management experience. She helps keep the team organized and ensures transactions close smoothly and on time.
Michelle received her BA in Interior Design from Marymount University in Virginia and her MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She loves helping clients recreate their spaces to look attractive and inviting for buyers. Interior Design is an important part of selling a house and you want each room to look its best!
When she isn't chasing her two daughters around the park or the pool, she enjoys crafting and tennis.
